Our client is a large, distributed cleaning company with a well-established corporate culture. High staff turnover, long onboarding cycles, and rising operational costs created the need for a systematic solution for team training and development.
To address these challenges, the company partnered with Aionys to build a digital platform that would standardize onboarding, reduce time-to-productivity, increase team engagement, and ensure consistent service quality across all locations.

Administrators and managers can see who has completed training and which tasks each employee is qualified to perform. This reduces manual control and repetitive questions.
Profiles with learning history, achievements, certificates, and career progress drive employee engagement and retention. They also connect training with long-term professional growth.
Access from both web and mobile devices allows employees to complete courses anytime and anywhere: at home, at work, or between shifts. Short modules (2–5 minutes) make learning faster and easier to absorb.
Employees can be assigned to tasks only if they hold valid certifications, ensuring proper qualification for each role. This improves service quality, operational safety, and compliance with company standards.
