Our client is a large, distributed cleaning company with a well-established corporate culture. High staff turnover, long onboarding cycles, and rising operational costs created the need for a systematic solution for team training and development.
To address these challenges, the company partnered with Aionys to build a digital platform that would standardize onboarding, reduce time-to-productivity, increase team engagement, and ensure consistent service quality across all locations.

  1. Lack of a standardized training system

    As the company grew, training was delivered in different ways: knowledge was transferred verbally, through instructions, and via local materials. This resulted in inconsistent employee skill levels.
